If your child is eligible, you can also apply for Baby Bonus and sign up for library membership at the same time. Check your child’s Baby Bonus eligibility.

If you’re unable to make payment with a credit or debit card, please walk-in to register your child’s birth at ICA building. Do bring along both parents’ identification documents and marriage certificate (if applicable).

One parent should start the birth registration as the main applicant, and the other parent (where applicable) will be required to confirm the details entered.

For more information about birth registration, visit the ICA website.
