To make a referral, you’ll need to tell us about the person who needs help:

  • photo*


Try to speak to the person and obtain their personal details. This allows social service agencies to offer help. You may also be contacted for further assistance.


*Not required when referring vulnerable children.


If a life is at risk or urgent help is needed, call the police at 999 instead.
